Insurance

If your insurance covers periodontal or implant treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Remember that insurance policies vary widely, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.  Once treatment has started, as a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims on your behalf.  Payment is due at or before the time treatment services are rendered.

Please remember that dental insurance is more like a dental discount plan and, unlike medical insurance, typically covers only a small portion of treatment costs, if any.  If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
